You confirm that any funds deposited on Salute PK are your own funds, obtained through legitimate means. Salute PK does not accept deposits from payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Most deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are reflected in your account balance promptly after confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of your bank. Salute PK is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
PKR Only: There is no foreign currency conversion at any stage. What you deposit in PKR is what appears in your Salute PK balance — no deductions, no exchange rate adjustments.
Withdrawals are processed in PKR back to the payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. Where the original deposit method cannot be used for a withdrawal, Salute PK will work with you to identify an appropriate alternative from the supported methods.

The Sports section of Salute PK covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), football, Esports and other sports as listed on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on Salute PK.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition or governing body. For PSL and international cricket, the result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant international cricket authority is used. In the event of a dispute, Salute PK's decision on the correct result to apply is final, made in good faith based on available official data.
A bet may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or if a clear pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance in full.
In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any point during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured; bets that cannot be confirmed before a suspension are not accepted. Live odds change rapidly — always review the final odds shown on your bet slip before confirming.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round outcome is determined by the game server's records. Where a round was completed server-side before the disconnection, the result stands and winnings are credited accordingly. Where a round was not initiated, your stake is returned.
Bingo rooms operate according to the rules displayed in each room. Ticket prices and prize pools are listed before you purchase tickets. Once purchased, bingo tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.
